Workout from home essentials!
Next, is the collagen, this stuff was approved for me to take by my OB.. please make sure if you are pregnant to check with your doctor before consuming anything I recommend!!
I use this in my protein drinks. Collagen is great for joints, skin, hair, and overall health!
This one doesn't have a taste and doesn't clump up like some I've tried.
This next one is only for some, I love my coffee, but I also love to workout in the morning, and BOTH need to happen for me to function. So this coffee protein drink is a great substitute for regular coffee or you can mix it with your regular cup of joe. Currently, because of the whole pregnancy thing, I have cut this out of my diet, but this taste sooo good.
Now to the workout gear! I shared these on my Instagram, these are super amazing to travel with (when we get to travel again) But they also work as weights and they can be stacked up to add more weight. They are super affordable and come with the bands as well.
This isn't obviously meant for everyone, but let me tell you doing pullups and tricep dips shape your arms like no other! Also, you can use the bands as support to help until you can do pullups on your own, I would challenge myself daily to do one more. Unfortunately, I did have to forgo this when moving, It wouldn't fit in my apartment! But when we get a house again or have enough room I'm definitely going to be purchasing this bad boy again!
Next, are these kettlebells, first off can we talk about how cute they are?? I love the colors, second, I use these all the time when I just want to add weight, super convenient, and go up to 20lbs!
Last, but not least is this foam roller! Foam rolling is so important after you workout, it helps to recover the muscle as well as it works as a great massage too! Especially when you are sore from all those pullups.
