Merry Christmas

Hello All, Sorry for the lag in posts....FINALS!! Ugh yes 20 something year old going to school to be a nurse is alot of work anywho they are over I can indulge for the next few weeks until school starts again. CHEERS!!
A  little martini to get the party started!!

So yes this so cute, I decided to do my own little DIY! Cheap, Easy & Quick! Like I said FINALS!

Everything was found at target except the ribbon, I already had that on hand.  Oh yeah and the booze I had to search for the Bailey's In MI its not very common.  But the family seemed to love it.

Another fun idea! I'm from California, my husbands from Michigan thats partially why we moved here, My Mom & Dad live in NY.  Little background before the next few pics.  I saw these and they were all sold out on Etsy.com so I said "DIY project" why not....way different but still turned out cute!

So I made one for my Aunt & Gram's in CA and my Mom in NY!

Let me just say I went to like 5 different stores to find these mugs! Thank you TJMaxx! Hobby Lobby for the ink and I printed and traced the MI, CA & NY.

Baked at 350 for about 30 mins, I watched a youtube video on how to bake the cups, the best advice I got was to put them in there before the oven turned on and let them sit in there until the oven cooled completely!

My gramma is 89, she is a younger BF...we call her a cougar and I call her GLAM GRAM well cause she's still hot like Marilyn Monroe for her age.  Her BF is BOB for about gosh 21 years they have been together, he's family and he's polish! Very Strong Polish accent and vodka drinker! So is my husband's family....anyway I thought he'd like this.

Kinda had to free hand this one...not as perfect as I'd hope but pretty good for the first one.  I might make more in the future...who knows.

These two were for my Uncle, you can't really read them that well because they are clear but it says "Shot" "& a beer"
It was a fun saying we've had so I thought he would enjoy these.

These were for my Husband's Uncle and Gramma, She loves crafts like me and this is the only other beer Nick's uncle will drink besides Coors so we made it cute.

My husband is amazing and got these few things for me for Christmas!

This is a mini barrell and since I'm a wine lover he got it so we can age wine and try different ideas with it.  Pretty cool because he got it etched with our last name!

And anyone who loves wine and is on Pinterest has seen this lovely! Yes I will show it full and yes I will try to drink the whole thing...not guaranteed it will be done, but the effort is what matters!

Oh yeah, this little one was done on a whim today for my husband, he has alot of hats as you can tell...the first part is an old shower catty that has two hooks on the other side and two baskets that can hold the beanie's and gloves and the second part was an extra from our old dog's cage, just put some shower hooks that were never used through the loops and viola! He loved it and so did I because now it's more organized.

Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and that Santa was nice!

Soon I will take pictures with my REAL camera sorry for all the iphotos that dont come out as clear as i'd like! Thanks for viewing! Hope you come by again!

Next update will be the house. We've lived here since April and have made alot of changes! Can't wait to share with you!

xoxo H
